1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Verabix account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Verabix.
2. Description of service
Verabix is a marketing analytics platform that connects to your advertising accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to provide performance insights, AI-powered recommendations, and campaign automation tools. The service is provided on an as-is basis.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect (Meta, Google, etc.).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Verabix for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Verabix.
- Use Verabix to spam, harass, or harm others.
5. Data and privacy
Your use of Verabix is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
6. Limitation of liability
Verabix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on data or recommendations provided by Verabix. Campaign performance outcomes are not guaranteed.
7. Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Verabix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
