1. Introduction

Verabix is a marketing analytics platform that connects to your ad accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to provide performance insights, AI-powered recommendations, and campaign automations. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Ad account data — campaign metrics, spend, impressions, CTR, ROAS, and other performance data fetched from Meta Ads and Google Ads via their official APIs.
  • Account information — your email address and, optionally, your name when you sign up.
  • OAuth tokens — access tokens and refresh tokens needed to read your ad account data. These are encrypted at rest.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the Verabix dashboard, including pages visited and features used.
  • Automation configuration — rules and conditions you define for automated actions.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate and improve Verabix:

  • To display analytics and performance reports for your ad campaigns.
  • To generate AI-powered recommendations via Vera.
  • To run automations you configure (e.g. budget adjustments, email alerts).
  • To send transactional emails such as automation trigger notifications.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-party services

Verabix integrates with the following third-party services to operate:

  • Meta (Facebook) — ad data is fetched via the Meta Marketing API. Governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Google — ad and analytics data is fetched via the Google Ads API and Google Analytics API. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — we use Supabase for authentication and database storage. Your data is stored in EU-region Supabase infrastructure.
  • Anthropic — the Vera AI assistant uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate recommendations. Queries include aggregated campaign data but no personal identifiers.
  • Resend — we use Resend to deliver transactional emails (automation alerts, test emails).

5. Data retention and deletion

All data associated with your account is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon deletion, all your data — including connected sources, automations, campaign activity, and profile information — is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. You may also request deletion of your Meta data by visiting your Facebook settings and removing the Verabix app, which will trigger an automatic deauthorization and data deletion.

6. Security

OAuth access tokens are encrypted before storage. We use row-level security on our database to ensure each user can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

7. Google API Services

Verabix uses the Google Ads API to retrieve campaign performance data on behalf of authenticated users. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only request access to Google Ads data that is necessary to provide the Verabix dashboard service.
  • We do not use Google Ads data for any purpose other than displaying it to the authenticated account owner.
  • We do not share, sell, or transfer Google Ads data to third parties.
  • We do not use Google Ads data for advertising or remarketing purposes.
  • Users can revoke Google Ads access at any time from within Verabix or from their Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.
